What is my subdomain/portal
  • Trial Account: Upon signup you should have received an email from us outlining your account details. Try searching “welcome to xapiapps” in your inbox.
  • Enterprise Admin: Similarly to 1) you should have received your account details via email.
  • Trying to do a course: Whenever a course is assigned to you in xapiapps, you should receive an email notification. Try searching “you have been assigned the following task” in your inbox

 

Alternatively, if you remember your subdomain/portal name, you can directly navigate to your page. E.g. if your subdomain/portal name is yourorganization your URL address would be: https://yourorganization.xapipaps.com

Recover my email account/login name

To recover your email account, notify your account admin for your details.

 

If you are the "Account Admin":

Reset my password

1. Go to your subdomain/portal


2. Click Forgot your password? Click Here

3. Input your email/login name that you use to login into xapiapps

4. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email

The invitation link I was sent does not work

Invitations sent by xapiapps have an expiry period of 24 hours from the moment they are sent. Notify you account administrator for another invitation if the link has expired.

 

Account Admin: To send an invitation, navigate to the corresponding profile and click “SEND INVITATION”. Note: an email must be present to send an invitation.
